Chick-Fil-A Served Up $2 Million To Anti-Gay Groups In 2010… And Possibly Some Waffle Fries Too

From 2003 and 2008 Chick-Fil-A’s charitable arm (the WinShape Foundation) donated more than $1.1 million to anti-LGBT groups. But in 2009 they about doubled that amount to $2 million. This should come as no surprise to anyone.

What else would you expect from the restaurant that praises anti-gay activists, provides food and financial support to opponents of marriage equality and sponsors fund raisers for certified hate groups?

If you eat there, you’re basically eating all your LGBT friends alive. May we suggest some equally healthy alternatives?

I’m a fast food junkie…and in all honesty, the food there is pretty unremarkable. I DO care that they’re anti-gay…but it also matters a lot that their food sucks.

@TASTEY GOODIES: The HRC’s Corporate Equality Index is a fairly good indication. One of the few things HRC is good for, it shows how corporations treat their gay and trans employees. Companies with a rating of 80 and above are probably pro-gay.

@TASTEY GOODIES: Also, if I were you I would look around for a reputable computer repair service or electronics store. I’m not sure if you’re aware, but your Caps Lock key seems to be broken.

Oh well, once a queer always a queer.
I feel that when people start to get offended by the words we say it is time to just do away with all the amendments and become a government that is controlled totally by the government.
I look at things this way if you have to be screwed by someone without vasoline then the government is the one that is for the job.
That’s alright I have eaten at Chick-fil-a many times and just to show my support for what they are doing I shall continue to dine there when I want chicken…
If the queers don’t like what this company is doing fine go somewhere else and eat there are over 150,000 different food business’s in this country take your pick.

What a confused lot you are! On the same page whinging that other people oppress you, yet admitting that black gay men have a 1 in 4 chance of getting HIV. THEY ARE DYING.
You are your own worst enemies! Your lifestyle is self-destructive. Your sick behaviour is matched by your complete lack of logic.
You are also selfish for pushing this sick lifestyle onto other people.
      You need psychiatric help.

What a BOGUS blog. $1.4 Million to Anti-LGBT groups? REALLY??? I thought Fellowship Of Christian Athletes ($480,000)focused on ATHELETICS. And National Christian Foundation ($631,600) provides grants to organizations like Focus on the Family, Family Life, and the Family Research Council, all of which promote CHRISTIAN life. NONE Of these organizations have a political arm or donate to political canidiates.
