Parks and Recreation’s Chris Pratt has undergone a breathtaking physical transformation for his starring role in the upcoming Marvel film, Guardians of the Galaxy.The 34-year-old shows off his ripped body on Instagram by posting a shirtless photo of himself, and blames his brother for making him post the “douchey” photo. Pratt shares his current weight loss secret to six months without beer.
Making over his body for each time he plays a new character has become old hat for the actor. According to Vulture Pratt “gained weight for Moneyball, got fit for Zero Dark Thirty, [and] packed on some more pounds for Vince Vaughn’s Delivery Man.”

I have no idea who this guy is I saw zero dark thirty but not moneyball or delivery man that I remember? Anyway and he must not be much if he could not stand out in a Vince Vaughn’s movie. I like a guy that is cut or buff but there is something wrong there just does not look right…I think it is his proportions nice chest and abs but no arms forearms most of all need a lot of work.
