Christina Aguilera Officially Bisexual Or Lesbian, According to Unofficial Unsourced Rumormongering

In announcing her split from husband Jordan Bratman, Christina Aguilera is also being flooded with rumors that she’s “spending time” with DJ Samantha Ronson, and that she’s even tried bringing girls home with Jordan — with her bodyguards making the offer to some chick at The Abbey in West Hollywood. Lots of speculation here, which is just the type of gossip required to get the “Christina Aguilera is now a lesbian” rumors started. The funny part will be when Carl Paladino starts playing “Ain’t No Other Man” at his campaign rallies.

God is Christina THAT desperate to try to take the limelight back from Lady Gaga after her last failed album that she is going to try to put out the lesbian/bi-card to entice fans?

I truly dispise this woman, she is one of the most vile human beings to ever walk this earth. She so arrogant and rude to people (fans, other celebs, more talented artists, etc) she goes around as if the world should lick her asshole clean coz she thinks she is the best voice of our generation… But she can’t even sing her own songs well in tune live or hit the upper middle belt. Extremely overrated.

If Christina Aguilera is “bringing girls home with Jordan”, she’s nothing but a cheap, man-pleasing doormat. These women do not deserve the respect of the GLBT community.

      @Ian:
Excuse me Ian, but Mariah was in fact at some point truly a GREAT singer. Christina was only the cheap knock off. If you compare their vocal techniques side by side you realize who was truly superior. I’m a vocalist myself and I’d dare say Christina is simply an overrated overhyped Mariah/Whitney wannabe, and both of them in their prime were far superior than Christina has ever been. Sure she has a voice, actually quite a wonderful instrument, she just doesn’t have a fucking clue how to use it well.

To be fair, the rumours that were floating around for a couple of years now (before this big breakup/an unidentified source said/tabloid story bullshit) was that Christina did do girls on the side, but that it was separate from Jordan (ie. they had an open relationship at her behest, and she brought the girls home/fucked girls on tour for herself and not for threesomes with her hubby).

In fact, the rumours flying around before she ever got with this guy were that she was gay/bi, and that that was the reason for her strained relationship with Pink and/or Britney. (that they had rejected her advances) It does sound like bullshit, but i’ve heard it from a few different sources. Britney even commented in an interview that Christina tried to shove her tongue down her throat in the bathroom of some club, and Britney was weirded out and pushed her away. I don’t know, it does read like fanfiction, but stranger things have happened.

Oh, and I have no allegiances in the Britney/Christina/Mariah debate, but I must say, I love a good stan war.

The best way to tell a fake female bisexual entertainer from a genuine one is to ask her if her boyfriend or husband is also bisexual. The ones that stutter their way through the answer are the fakes.

Consider the common use of female bisexuality as a marketing ploy in the straight porn industry. If you ask these porn whore chicks if they’re bisexual, they’ll all put up their hands. If you ask them if their husbands or boyfriends are bisexual, they’ll usually say “no”.

Keep in mind that a lot of this female bisexuality in the entertainment industry is based on a marketing ploy. It’s designed at the level of females’ agents with the aim of appealing to the sleazy straight guy fantasy.

We don’t need, nor want, any of them in our movement.

I’m not a stan for anything but talent, the only diva I worship is Maria Callas. But because I recognize superior musicianship I can honestly say Mariah was always far better than Christina. Christina makes singing sound painful, she strains even for middle-voice notes, her singing is not pleasent to my ear…it makes me nerveous, like she is gonna crack at any moment. She always sounds like she is shitting bricks, well, not only bricks but the entire great wall of China!

Christina Aguilera said she was bisexual years ago at the height of her success. I saw no reason to disbelieve her then and I see no reason to disbelieve her now – especially as all she’s doing right now is dating another woman apparently.

@Jason now you seem to be saying that a bisexual woman with a male partner cannot be genuinely bisexual unless he is as well. Are you for real? Maybe you also think a white woman turns black if she marries a black man?

Memo to Jason: There’s a reason people keep voting down your comments on women and bisexuality. It’s because those comments are consistently hateful, mean spirited and deeply offensive.

      Geri,

I don’t care what you think. And I don’t care if my comments get voted down. I’m not here to make friends. It’s amazing what you can achieve if you don’t care how many friends you have.

I’m simply pointing to the double standard of bisexuality in many women, one that is driven by the sleazy notion that a woman can use her sexuality as a marketing ploy to get ahead. I simply don’t like women who claim to be bisexual for this purpose. It’s highly disrespectful to the GLBT community.

I always say to people that we in the GLBT community need to be wary of women. Not necessarily in a suspicious sense but in the sense of understanding that women can, and do, use their sexuality as a ploy. Because of this extra layer in females, it complicates and masks things, and may make it seem that a female is on the side of the GLBT movement when, in fact, she isn’t.

Cue Madonna, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera, Ke$ha…gosh, have I left anyone out?

@jason: Do you realize how sexist you sound? I want to argue against your point but I have no idea where to begin. I will say this, using sexuality is not something that is gender specific and you have to be either stupid or blind if you believe that men don’t use sex to get what they want just as much as women do. As for people that experiment with their sexuality, WHO THE F*CK CARES? Who I screw and what junk they’re carrying is my business and my business alone and I believe that that same rule applies to everyone, even the bicurious people of the world. I would rather have a bunch of kiddies running around kissing girls and liking it than supporting anti-gay movements and bashing our community.

Most men (I’d say 95%) identify as heterosexual. The number of bisexual men is far lower. So if a bisexual woman is dating a man, there is a chance of more than 95% that this man is heterosexual. There are simply more heterosexual men than bisexual men.

She always said so, never hid it. So no it’s not “now that her album taked” bc first of all she’s very A-list already, and second her version of the story never changed. Also, this is an artice written by someone, she’s not saying she’s bi. Someone just chose to write this now to stop saying “she’s making publicity for herself now”. So mmuch hating going on here, I don’t get what the hell people are so ..ad about. Chill. Really, she hasn’t done anything.
