First of all Tower 41 is an all service luxury building that has all types of ethnic groups ,situated in south beach ,I find it hard to believe that right across fron The Forge & one block from the world famous Fontanbleu you will have any type of discrimination .A majority of people moving in to Tower 41`are young married couples ,some with small children ,& ofcourse some left over snowbirds from the last decade however a majority of those types have either moved up tp Palm Beach county or have died.

I left. I told you I would do it and I really did. I have been in Massachusetts since the beginning of October.

Why should I give my talents, tax dollars, and efforts to an anti-gay state and its citizens that think I am a second-class, sub-human person. Liberal Broward cannot make up for the racist, bigoted, homophobic state that is Florida. I’d rather deal with the snow and I don’t care if I ever go back!

Men SAR-You need your eyes poked out and your typing fingers cut off. And that’s just for starters. I guess you’re all torn up by how your candidate is doing (hee-hee). Must be awful to be a person like yourself.
As for the idiots in Florida…they should be thankful that someone-anyone, wants to buy one of their ridiculously priced apartments. The market there is flooded and no one will ever get a mortgage again! Enjoy your “conservative” residence y’all!

I was raised in Florida and can’t tell you how many times people tell me “Oh, Florida is not the south”. Honey, drive a few blocks from South Beach or Universal Studios in orlando and it is Country with a K. This thing happens all the time. In Steve Gaines’ “The Sky’s the Limit: Passion and Property in Manhattan” page 92 chronicles how Bill Blass had to write a letter for the sake of the board stipulating that he would never have an overnite guest or “embarrass them” before he was approved for his appartment at One Sutton Place South.

Fuck Miami, it’s been taken over by the Hets after the queers made it fashionable. Im sure the old fucks in that building appreciated the gentrification due in no part to the gays, but please don’t live in my building. And all the old jews in the building should be taken on a field trip to Germany for a reminder of what intolerance can lead to.

And are there any laws in florida that protect people based on sexual orientation? maybe Miami does. even in nyc a co-op can keep you out for being gay–they just can’t be stupid enough to tell you the truth.
