Court: ACLU, Equality California Must Turn Over Internal Memos
Prop 8 Judge Vaughn Walker affirms a magistrate judge’s ruling and demands Equality California, Californians Against Eliminating Basic Rights, and the ACLU must turn over their internal memos, just like Yes On 8, in the Perry trial, even though neither of the three groups are official plaintiffs in the case.
