Penélope Cruz has taken part in a musical video with her sister Mónica, to help promote the latest video from their brother Eduardo Cruz, ‘Cosas que contar’.

Penélope and Mónica are dubbing a lesbian love scene into Spanish in the clip and much is being made of a kiss between the two sisters.

So, basically the Cruz sisters make out to promote their brother's music video - ah, the sweet mingling of incest, nepotism and publicity stunts!
