As summer approaches we are again reminded of the special relationship between gays and their flip-flops. American Eagle is trying to make it a little more special by launching “make-your-own custom flip-flops on the Internet.” That’s right, you don’t even have to get out of your office chair, though maybe you should if you want to get rid of that bit of pudge in time to wear your new flip-flops to the beach.
For $19.50 including shipping and 99 different color combinations, we might just buy five, and then we’ll have an excuse to buy new clothes too.
