CW’s Hart of Dixie Uses Shirtless Man Candy To Raise Awareness About… Something

We haven’t watched The CW’s new Southern-fried drama Hart of Dixie, but we think its marketing team deserves a big fat raise.

This promo, disguised as a PSA, features various clips of the hunky male cast going sans shirts to underscore the danger of global warming—which as star Wilson Bethel tells us, “will raise the Earth’s temperature by 100 degrees in the next decade.”

Maybe Al Gore needs to hit the gym to get people to believe him about climate change.

It’s raising something, alright, but not awareness about global warming.

I’ve been meaning to download an ep or two of this after seeing the commercials. Rawr.
