D.C. Decides Today Whether Marriage Repeal Can Move Forward. But What About Rev. Jackson?

Today the D.C. Elections Board will hold a hearing to determine whether the proposed measure [to initiate a signature drive to put a marriage repeal on the voter ballot] is a proper subject for a referendum-in other words, whether [Rev. Harry] Jackson and his allies can begin gathering the signatures needed to put their proposed measure on the ballot," relays HRC. It might also be a perfect time to figure out whether the Rev. Jackson has the proper residential requirements to even call for a referendum.

So is "Bishop" Jackson yet another self-hating homosexual? The Washington Blad article cited in this column says that his residence is a ONE bedroom apartment that he shares with a man named Joseph Honaker.

This is pretty much standard code for gay.

Anybody know this Joseph Honaker?

"The condo that Jackson claims as his residence is owned by Joseph Honaker. A source familiar with the building said Honaker has claimed that Jackson is his roommate and is not a tenant."

I live at the Whitman. I don't know this Honaker guy, but I do know that the floor plan of that unit is a 2 BR 2 bath 1300 sq ft condo. It is NOT a 1 BR.

Ok, somebady HAS to provide a description of this Joseph Honaker guy, because I used to live with a dude who had that exact name who moved to a condo in Mt. Vernon Square and claimed to be straight. Let's just say I had my doubts, and it would totally explain his odd relationship with his girlfriend.
