Did Anderson Cooper Sorta, Kinda Come Out?
We saw this queer exchange on last night’s Anderson Cooper 360, but totally forgot about it until our friend Queer Beacon sent the video over.
We don’t want to say Anderson Cooper comes out while chatting with Erica Hill about her not-so-jealous husband, but we can say we agree with Cooper: Hill’s hubby need not fear his adulterous advances.
He knows we know and he sometimes gives out these little hints.

I agree with Redd….its Anderson giving a shoot out to his peeps with a little sly/shy kinda grin/half grin….saying like we all know…it was kinda, sorta, maybe cutesy wootsy..and notice Erica saying she knew too and her husband is in on the not so secret secret because her hubby wasn’t nervous or worried ’cause he knows Anderson isn’t a breeder…he is one of us….

Gosh dumb old me didn’t know about Cooper. How did everyone else find out? Please I am dying to know. Does he have a Jeff Stryker poster in his office?

It would be great if he were out, but lets be honest, his job has nothing to do with his sexuality, and making an issue of it would cost him a large part of his mainstream audience. So I think it’s okay if we all find out later, when he’s in a retirement home, that he sucked dick, okay? Give the guy a break. I know its not 1950 but its still not perfectly acceptable everywhere either. We all do what we can.
Plus he went to Yale and so do I. He’s got a spot in my heart.

I think Anderson Cooper is already out… to the people he cares about. I know it doesn’t help others, but that should be the only people that matter. (At least in an ideal world, where no one would care) And then let him have his privacy, much like other celebs who may choose to show their kids or love life or not.

Yikes! I saw this when it was broadcast live, and thought I would submit it, but then thought it’s kind of ambiguous because if you weren’t in the loop that Andy is gay (amazingly, many folks aren’t), it wouldn’t really mean much. But yeah, if you’re in on the joke, it’s funny.
