Alexander. I think he's great on that show, if anything, he takes a little away from Tyra's "when I was a model" moments. If he screeches and flames out, well so what. I don't think he makes any apologies for who he is and has nothing to be ashamed of. And I love it when he teaches all those wal-mart models how to walk, he sure does it better than all of them combined. I like J. Alexander.
