Leola McConnell is correct: Bush applying pressure (continuously criminally stalking Margie Schoedinger) purposefully to force Schoedinger to commit suicide does in fact constitute murder where it culminated in her death.

BEWARE: If the president of the United States hates one—for whatever reasons—he can continuously criminally stalk one to the point that one cannot get away from it, and one ultimately commits suicide in desperation to escape. He can murder people in this way.

Bush is getting away with his murder of Schoedinger—with no sheriff, prosecutor, or court willing to uphold the rule of law.

Bush’s method of murdering Schoedinger cannot exist in a vacuum: he must have murdered other people in the same way.

Bush should confess, come out with the names of all of the people whom he murdered in the disgusting way he murdered Schoedinger, undergo execution, and accordingly find himself at the intersection where he would be free.

We don’t need a gay justice on the court. What we need is a justice who will acknowledge our rights and who will interpret the constitution to reflect those rights.

Someday we will have a gay justice. Until that day comes, let’s not get all uppity and bitchy. If Obama appoints a Clarence Thomas or a “civil unioncrat” Governor THEN we can be outraged!

I’m amazed when folks believe their own spin. He has signed nearly everything that has been supported by Equality California. He has a better record than Gray Davis.

He’s vetoed the two “overturn prop 22″ bills – and I agree with his assessment – and the Harvey Milk Day bill about which I don’t care in the slightest. Everything else that has ANY impact on gay Californians he’s supported.

And have you looked at any of his other appointments? Or his advisors or staff?

And, for those who care just a tiny bit about facts, he is on record as supporting marriage equality, opposed Prop 8 (though not as much as we’d like), and has said that he hopes the Court overturns it.

I don’t fear Arnold’s appointments. Because I actually know his record and don’t fall victim to stupid party-think.

And I suspect Alex that if Arnold changed the letter behind his name from R to D you would think he was the second coming.

He vetoed those legislative votes because they WERE NOT LEGAL VOTES. They would’ve been rendered useless by proposition 22, until the SCOCA reviewed the law. People don’t like to include this when they talk about Arnold’s record on the issue.

At this point, I wouldn’t know which kind of judge Arnold would pick, but I wouldn’t base anything on those vetoes. Moreno would be a huge loss to us on that panel though…he may be the only one to vote to uphold prop 8.

Major fail for queerty to recognize who could be the first Latino USSC justice and appropriate him as an “old white guy”. I’d bet you his experiences aren’t that of any “old, white guy.”
