Do Gays Or Gun Owners Make Better Adoptive Parents?

Just like when the BBC hoped to spark debate among its website readers but turned it into an exercise in voting for genocide, the Florida Sun-Sentinel took a stab at having readers weigh in on whether gays are fit parents for adoptive children, in light of new legislation that would prohibit child welfare workers from asking prospective parents if they owned guns. Except the newspaper phrased it this way: “Today’s Buzz: Who would you rather have adopting: gays or gun owners?”

For some reason, readers got upset. (The question has since been revised.)

easy answer!! kids are more likely 2 get get killed by guns then by gays!!

really, how often on tv do you hear about a kid whose playing with a gun & shoots someone or himself? that happens all the time. Now how often do u hear about a gay mom or dad killing a child **adopted or not**? not 2 often!!

why didnt they look at # of str8 parents who kill gay kids? thats a # we hear nothing about at all! i heard rumors but who really knows!

I am a gay gun owner. I guess that means I’m out…

BTW why does everyone always assume that all gays are vegan, mega liberal, pacifist, douches?
