Taylor Lautner filed suit Monday against McMahon’s RV in Los Angeles for “emotional distress,” since the custom trailer he ordered didn’t arrive on time to the set of one of his movies (Abduction?), allegedly missing a June deadline. It’s unclear what tricked out features Lautner wanted in the trailer, but how many straight guys do you know who claim they’ve been emotionally damaged by not having the souped up vanity they asked for?

A few things…
1. He’s not actually suing anyone for emotional distress…He’s suing for breach of contract and fraud, emotional distress and annoyance are just additional descriptors his attorneys likely threw in there
2. It’s understandable. I mean if I paid $300,000 for something I basically had to live in for however-many-months-I-was-filming and it wasn’t there on time, I’d be pretty pissed too.

Do we even need the pretense of acting as though he might be straight? I’m the first to ditch labels and to accept that people can exist well outside of our norms — but he would be literally the gayest straight man I’ve ever seen in my life. I just can’t believe it.

… the article QUEERTY linked to claimed he is 18 years old – some people that age are still in high school. Give him enough time to sort it all out. Just because he’s an actor doesn’t mean he’s matured emotionally any faster than the average person that age.
Don’t know what “tricked out features” if any his RV would contain, but some vehicle serving as a dressing room could well be necessary as storage space for costumes, a quiet area to study a script, a place to put on makeup, etc., and not having one would put the person at a disadvantage professionally, and doing well on one’s first movies can have a significant impact on one’s career and future income. So, there is a good reason for him to complain if what he paid for didn’t show up when promised and needed.
