Drag Queen Appears on White House Christmas Tree, Frighteningly Close to the Baby Jesus

If you hire Barney’s top gay Simon Doonan to decorate the White House for Christmas, you’re bound to wind up with a very gay holiday season. And that includes drag queen ornaments.

That ornament was actually designed by a random highschool kid, not by Simon Doonan. The White House sent out ornaments to school kids across the country and had them decorate them and send them back. Some people weren’t happy about that either. The Daily Show did the best segment ever about it. Look it up.

unfortunately they don’t have the balls (pun intended) to stand behind the ornaments and say ‘hell yeah, Christmas is inclusive’ instead they say they are unaware of the specific balls

Kind of makes you wonder which magazines the school children were given to cut and paste from. That said, I’m laughing my ass off! Mao and Hedda, together at last!

Hedda says she made the ornament with her picture herself. She got the ornament through SAGE, a group for LGBT elderly.

I’m upset about the Mao ornament too. Aren’t we done with the Warhol thing yet? He was socio-path and a hack. What’s more most of “his work” wasn’t even constructed by him. It’s a shame that pop art will always have his name attached to it.

“The Warhol thing”? On what precisely do you base your claim that Andy Warhol was a “sociopath”? You do realize that the word has a specific medical meaning, right?
