They are being arrested, charged with promoting, making and distributing kiddie porn and being forced to register as sex offenders. Whether or not you think this is an overreaction on law enforcements part, if some girl is getting arrested for sending out a nude pic by cell phone, then Carrie should definitly get a visit from the police for making and sending out an entire video.

If you didn't see it earlier, I'd recommend everyone watch the repeat of Larry King Live to see her go from pageant queen to drama queen in about 5 seconds flat. As soon as Larry starts pushing her on why, if this issue of OMG CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION is so near and dear to her heart, she dropped the lawsuit(a completely reasonable question that I'm sure plenty of people would like answered), she has a complete diva moment and starts acting like a spoiled 16 year-old in the principal's office.
