Bullshit. There needs to be a universal code of human rights and 100% LGBT equality needs to be one of the top requirements. There needs to be a zero tolerance code for violators with progressively harsher penalties for each violation, up to and including war.

I don’t think I’m mis-stating at all. They would love to create an environment in this country that makes them the only viable alternative for us, Big Brother style. No ex-gay org is content to accept just the people that come to them voluntarily. They use church pressure on individuals to try to swell their ranks. And they are affiliated with right-wing groups to promote anti-gay legislation whenever possible.
