Ex-BB Contestant's Gay Lawsuit

Former Big Brother contestant Kent Blackwelder filed a $4 million lawsuit against porn promoting Specialty Publications after his "curious" (read: nosy) daughter opened a gay porn mailing. The "curious" girl thought the package was from Disney and both father and daughter were "shocked, disgusted and enraged" by the true contents: Titan Men's Farm Fresh. [365 Gay]

Give me a break. One doesn't get on a gay porn mailing list by accident. It requires some indication of interest either by registering on a website, buying a similar product from the web or a catalogue, or subscribing to a gay orienting publications.
