On March 25, Matthew Bremer—better known as Corbin Fisher model “Sean”—passed way due to causes that haven’t been made public. But the death of this likeable, handsome and well-rounded 22-year-old stunned fans and CF insiders.
Now his dad, Jason Hammond, has launched an official family memorial website for him at MatthewEdisonBremer.com.
Bremer, a champion ATV/Motocross rider, was born in Orlando, lived most of his life in Palm Bay and graduated from Bayside High School. He had appeared on the site for the first time a year ago.
“It really doesn’t matter how [Matt died]. All that matters is our handsome, amazing, funny, gentle, kind, good-natured, loving Matt is gone and our hearts are broken. Matt was even more beautiful on the inside,” His grandmother posted on Youtube.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
CORRECTION: An earlier version of this article incorrectly identified Matthew Bremer as a Sean Cody model. We have changed all references to that to indicate that he was actually a Corbin Fisher model. Queerty regrets the error.

An alternate take on the recent film BOYHOOD. Condolences to his family and friends, and respect to the cousin who put the retrospective together. I hope the online memorial offers some consolation to the bereaved.
