Father Of Creepy Singing Propaganda Girls Now Plans To Sue Trump; It’s The American Way

Can you believe Donald Trump may have stiffed a guy who thought they were friends? Shocking.

You may recall the seeds of this weird story from a few months ago: a few girls got up on stage at a Trump rally and sang a mortifying patriotic song about the candidate. The lyrics were a sort of gibberish that sounded like a mistranslation, and the Internet went nuts over how silly the whole thing was.

In case you missed this particularly uncomfortable piece of political theater, here is “The Official Donald Trump Jam” in all its ear-bleeding glory:

Well, now the father of those girls, Jeff Popick, is going to sue Donald Trump. The campaign apparently promised that they’d have a booth where they could sell their music; and then later said that they could come perform in Iowa. Naturally, when they showed up looking for a booth, there was nothing there. And when they came to Iowa (on the father’s dime) they weren’t allowed on stage.

It’s getting so that you can’t trust any small-handed grifter who burns through his dad’s money and has an orange weave.

So now Dad is talking lawsuits, which is probably going to be a long shot unless he got anything in writing. It’s not like Trump’s lawyers are sloppy about that kind of thing.

More importantly, he’s starting to question whether he believes in the lyrics like “Freedom’s on our shoulders, USA! Enemies of freedom face the music. Come on boys, take them down!”

But then again, some of the lyrics are strangely prophetic: “President Donald Trump knows how to make America great. Deal from strength or get crushed every time.” He probably didn’t think that he’d be the one getting crushed. None of his supporters do.

“[Trump] might still be the best candidate as president of the United States—or not,” Popick told the Post.
