Faux!?

“A Winnipeg man who claims he will be persecuted for homosexuality if he returns to his native Nigeria may be ordered to leave Canada after a federal court judge recently upheld a refugee board decision to deny the man’s claim based partly on the fact they don’t believe he’s gay.” In addition to the fact that the man called no witnesses, the judge was unmoved by his inability to remember the gay bars he allegedly frequented. Simple solution: he can undergo the same tests that John Barrowman did in his recent documentary. Rather extreme and maybe controversial, but if there’s no other way….. Who will pay for the tests is another matter.

How do they plan on having you prove you’re gay? Suck a cock in open court?
