Florida’s Gay Adoption Ban: Still Unconstitutional
The November 2008 ruling from Miami-Dade County Judge Cindy Lederman — who was demoted — declaring Florida’s ban on allowing gays to adopt is still unconstitutional, the 3rd District Court of Appeal decided today.
