He made an "impassioned" plea to defeat the bill. Demanding
the citizens of NYS determine the fate of marriage in NY.

Before jumping to conclusions, you might ask (a) who arranged it and (b) whether the photos show only one act among many. There were two women visible as Andy_D pointed out. Maybe they threw in a hot guy so they wouldn't be accused of being sexist for having some bimbos in other acts. There could even have been a woman in the act you showed – just not in that particular picture.
Besides, do you really want Kruger on your team? At least not without him spending a year or two at the gym first!

Since Carl Kruger is blaming his stance on marriage equality on his constituents, does he not think they would also care about whether he himself is a gay person?
