Former gay porn star Mike Dozer (real name: Christopher Steele) has pleaded guilty in the rape of a 14-year-old boy he met via the hookup app Jack’d.
Steele was previously arrested on charges of statutory rape, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, and aggravated indecent assault.

Also known by his porn alias ‘Mike Dozer’, the HIV-positive adult star has appeared previously as an “anti-condom” ambassador. He had already pleaded guilty to federal charges of felony rape and pled guilty to reckless endangerment of another person following his initial arrest in 2014, having had sex with the victim without condoms.
The new state conviction is in addition to Steele’s federal conviction on related charges, though it is not known if his two separate prison sentences will be served concurrently or consecutively.
The 33-year-old was also reportedly charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, disseminating explicit material to a minor, corruption of a minor among other charges that was dismissed by the court in exchange for a guilty plea bargain.
Steele faces a maximum of 22 years in prison.

I was almost 6′ tall at age 15 and went out clubbing most weekends, often actively seeking carnal delights with men a good few years older than myself. 14 year olds come in different shapes, sizes, and with varying maturity levels and interests. I’m not sure of the circumstances of this particular case but many teens look older than the average and also it is common for teens to lie about their age if they see some advantage in doing so.
In my experience looking at gay porn, there are often models and actors that I would estimate, based on looks, to be no older than 15 or 16 but the assumption is that they are of legal.

Let’s make something very clear, the law is clear that having sex with a minor is illegal. I don’t care how willing the minor in question is, they cannot legally consent and as an adult you must abide by the law and leave them alone. Anyone trying to put any blame on the 14 year old is probably a predator themselves. I don’t buy the “he might not have looked 14” excuse. At 14 he’d barely have started puberty considering boys mature later than girls. Also in other coverage of this case it was clear that Dozer knew the age of the boy before he raped him. Yes rape. Statutory rape is rape. He needs to have the book thrown at him. This is why I hate children. This Dozer guy may be no prize; but why should the “victim” not be held accountable AT ALL simply because of age? The mental capacity excuse should only be reserved for the truly developmentally disabled individuals; most of these teenagers know exactly what they’re doing. If you’re not supposed to download and be on the app when you’re underage, then you should be punished severely for doing so — same goes for attempting to buy tobacco/alcohol or getting into clubs — maybe then they’ll think twice before doing stupid things and actually fear the consequences.

Children’s brains are not fully developed; their life experience, including understanding the consequences of their actions is very limited. That’s why it is incumbent on the ADULT to say NO when a child misbehaves or behaves inappropriately. Decent adults guide children, they don’t exploit them for their own desires. By the way, the consequences for underage drinking, getting caught buying alcohol, and sneaking into clubs can be severe.
I wasn’t coddled as a teen, but there was hardly any trouble for a teen growing up in a small town to get into during the 80s. Now there is temptation all around and easy access to it – small town or big city. You don’t think this kid has been punished enough for his impulsiveness, immaturity, and poor judgment (the hallmark of youth)?
