Well, most LGBT Cubans for starters. Read anything by Reinaldo Arenas. Things are somewhat better now, but it's no utopia.
Americans have been brainwashed by the Big right wing Corporations into believing that Solialism and Communism is the same thing as Stalinism. Brutal Dictatorships usually go with fascism(the right) and not Socialism or Communism. Socialism is becoming the only viable form of democratic government.
We will need more of it soon as privatization ruins the country and world.
Stalin gave communism a bad rep.
