SOUNDBITES— “From 20 on, I was an active lesbian, but I didn’t tell my family till I was 31. We’d still rather not talk about it. I’m glad it’s off the table. I don’t bring it up very much. Just the bare necessities: “I’m coming in on this flight, and we’ll go to the mall.” —Actress Jane Lynch, who plays the brash cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on Glee [Musto]

Jane is so awesome, she makes me wish I was a lesbian. đ

+3 Jane is awesome!

I read that in the Voice, and I thought, “Right on, girl!” She can do no wrong. She’s so fierce.

I love her, I love her, I love her.

I love her character on Glee so much!

Her comedic timing on Glee is stellar. I was looking for a female character on TV w/ the sass, wit, hilarity, deviousness, and slight touch of evil that I loved so much in Karen on Will and Grace. Jane’s character on Glee is shaping up to be a nice replacement.

Now….if I could just convince her to not talk at all….THAT would be a nice replacement for he talking about fagness.

All of the above is totally true. I heart Jane Lynch, but still find it sad that she’s hiding her (sexual) light under a bushel when it comes to her family.

Hiding her sexual light under a bushel? Her family already knows she’s gay, does she have to keep telling them over and over again every time she sees them?
