Funeral Director Supports Mark Foley’s Comeback

Mark Foley, master of sexting, is staging a comeback. You might’ve heard! (You might’ve heard about it in 2007, too.) The politico-cum-radio host was considering running for mayor of West Palm Beach. But instead he’s running around town trying to get everyone to like him for some unnamed “comeback.” Already on his side? A one John Lloyd, a funeral director, who thinks we “have to overlook — we have inequities that we have to overcome.” The real question that remains: Can Foley rejoin polite society when he still follows shirtless teen boys on Twitter?

@gregger: Ya, he’s not a pedophile. 16 year olds are far from being prepubescent.

Besides, the age of consent is 16 in most US states (including Florida) and in many other countries (among others, there’s Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and most of Australia). I guess the folks who made those laws and the people who maintain those laws are just big ole pedophiles, huh?
