Gay Can Be Inconvenient Truth

More and more lavender-leaning Asians in the UK are getting hitched to uphold their kin’s tradition. Said one lesbian: “I just want to make life easier, I want to get my family off my back, because they’re pressurising me to get married. In my culture it’s not acceptable to be gay. If I have a marriage of convenience it will give them the illusion that I’m straight and I can carry on with who I want.” [BBC]

These people need to grow a pair, and tell their families to piss off if they can’t handle who they really are. The culture will never evolve and change, if they keep conforming to it.
