This compilation video has been around for a while, and perhaps you've already seen it, but it's a hot mix of gay television commercials from around the world. And yes, the Dolce & Gabbana "watch down the pants" ad is in here.

i've always been annoyed at that gay adoption ad, because the implication is that gay parents would expect their child to be gay. Were i to raise a child, i would expect it to have the same odds of being gay as the population at large. I'm sure given the 'duh' factor of the message in the first place, it's intended audience is probably left with that idea.
*its intended audience
I saw a very gay car commercial for one of the American cos (GMC, maybe?) this last fall: nothing but attractive, fit, single men of various ethnic persuasions eyeing trucks and no shortage of midsection shots centering the crotch or butt…in a tasteful, almost-stealth sorta way so as not to offend the breeders. At the end of the commerical, the font was shaded by varying bright colors almost resembling the rainbow pallet.
I agree with #1, the gay adoption commercial is offensive to me for the very same reason.
However I am glad to see more positive commercials portraying GLBT people in mainstream scenarios.
And you can see my favorite, HYUNDAI TOY BOY, at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0T5xrQCYUz4
hmmmm, what does it mean if "we're sorry, this video is no longer available" ? Is it becuase i'm in the wrong country to see the good stuff (in RSA), or is YouTube just being too efficient in removing the good stuff? We should seriously think about taking all "our" stuff across to xTube, they don't judge or bend to the whims of fundamentalist moms.
Has any one else had a problem with a video miraculously being "no longer avaiable" just becuase it had "gay" in the title? This isn't the place to rant about such things but this just broke the f$%$ing camels back and i'm totally p*ssed off. Happy New Year?!
I just watched the video on youtube NeilD???? Not sure why you can't
Dwight, thanks for that link, I haven't seen that vid for years.
Thanks to Queerty for the great reel!!!
OK, the Gay Adoption add is clearly intended as satire. It's not supposed to be realistic and SHOULD be slightly offensive. That's the whole point.
I think they were all great but my favorite has to be the last one for the Israeli Gay Youth TV. It was gay without being sexual, it was colorful, fantasy laden, symbolic, and fun.
I agree with REBLComx–that ad is clearly intended to be satirical, and I found nothing offensive about it in the least.
