A gay couple didn’t let some homophobe’s childish act ruin their Christmas.
When the men returned home, they found someone had carved the word “faggots” into the middle of their front door.
Rude!
But rather than get upset, the couple took a different route: public mockery.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
After sanding off the graffiti, they wrote the vandal a colorful note and taped it to their front door, then posted a picture of it to the internet for all the world to see.
It read:
We regret to inform you that you completely failed to use glitter paint and/or sequins, your work looked rushed, and your handwriting was positively atrocious.
It is for these reasons that we had to remove your work from our door with sandpaper.
Fabulously yours,
The Gays in Apt. 611.
Hats off, fellas.

I doubt that the homophobe/vandal will see the note.

@jwtraveler: It’s in an apartment building, so its not only highly likely that the vandal is a neighbor, but more than likely he “wandered by” to gloat over his work and saw the sign.

What a great response. Love it!

Kudos! Turning the action back on the perpetrator should transfer the feeling back to him. He will most likely get wind of it sooner or later.
