The director, in his wisdom, was showing us screaming audience shots, Hasselhof's drunken, uber-hetero reactions, closeups of boots and hats, shots from backstage--everything BUT the dancing. It was dull, uninspired and really amounted to little more than synchronized walking, hand waving and butt shaking. They should take a cue from So You Think You Can Dance, DWTS, or even Step It Up and Dance and incorporate real dancing. No lifts, no partnering, no tricks, no gymnastics, no thanks.
