Gay Florida Couple Kevin Mark Powell + Steve Adams Found Slain At Home In Christmas Murder

The slain bodies of domestic partners Kevin Mark Powell, 47, and Steve Adams, 52, were found early Sunday morning in their Wilton Manors, Florida, home when one of their sister’s notified police after they missed holiday celebrations with their families. Police, who did not name the couple (but which were identified by SFGN), are currently investigating the murder but have no suspects just yet, nor a motive. The men had a Pomeranian named Petey, who was featured in a HGTV show after Powell had created a “home for his dogs within his home, including pet sized lighting and furniture”; a neighbor has taken him in for the time being.
