Gay Heckler Sues Bristol Palin For Sticking Him On Her Moronic Reality Show

When it comes to fame-whorin’, Bristol Palin still has a few lessons to learn: Stephen Hanks, the 47-year-old gay men who lashed out at her in a country-western bar, is suing Palin—claiming he never signed a release to be taped for her reality show, Life’s a Tripp.

In September, Hanks was caught on video shouting “Your mother’s a whore!” as Palin was riding a mechanical bull at Saddle Ranch in West Hollywood (right). Palin hit back by imitating exaggerated gay mannerisms and unleashing a string of homophobic remarks. (Mother of the Year right here!)

When the scene aired in trailers for Palin’s reality-TV series for Lifetime Television, Hanks lost his cool: Claiming the camera crew filming Palin never got him to sign a release form he is suing for an unspecified amount, alleging defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of right of publicity.

After the incident, rumors started surfacing that it was a set-up by producers or an impromptu publicity stunt by Hanks, a talent count. Regardless, Hanks did kind of sneak up on Palin while she was straggling some meat. (We’re liable to get a little ornery then, too.)

We’d say we hope he takes her to the cleaners but she’s gonna need what money she has left for therapy when Tripp finally comes out. (For her, not him.)

“alleging defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation of right of publicity.”

Defamation? How exactly is broadcasting what someone says defamation? It is not like you can say something untrue about someone when all you do is show them on video.

Invasion of privacy? I’m not sure this actually works when you are in a public place and you know there are cameras around. It is not like the cameras are invisible.

Intentional infliction of emotional distress is hard as hell to prove and normally has more to do with someone knowingly causing harm that results in a life altering condition.

The research over decades has shown that regardless of the gay population studied, gays both male and female have an I.Q. that is 154 points or one standard deviation above that of heterosexuals in the same institutions such as colleges. The 2% higher grade point is merely further proof of the cross-sexing of the brain results in a higher I.Q. There is one gnonosomal group where all are geniuses and all are homosexuals (see Gunther Dorner “Hormones and Brain Differentiation. Given the full standard deviation found for intellect, it appears the 2% raise in grades shows that homosexuals and lesbians do not do as well as they could when compared to heterosexuals. This may be due to the pressures of being gay in an anti-gay environment or just having more fun than straights.

Why is everyone hating on Bristol? Hanks is the loser that started the fight. Bristol was minding her own business when this clown started calling her mother a whore. He should be happy Bristol didn’t whip his ass!

Oh, and why aren’t you reporting the FACT that Hanks is buddies with Bristol’s ex dead beat dad Levi Johnston? All Hanks is doing is being a jackass.

Best Buddies Levi Johnston Stephen Hanks

      http://thespeechatimeforchoosing.wordpress.com/2011/09/24/was-the-attack-on-bristol-palin-premeditated/

And why is it gays hate the Palins? Or should I say left wing gays. Non-hate-filled gays are Palin’s biggest supporters. Several chapters of Organize4Palin are run by gay men, and there’s a group of ex Hillary Clinton supporters in Chicago that dropped everything to campaign for Palin in 2008, and reworked their entire website to support her in hopes of a 2012 presidential bid.

      Worth a read:

Just because one believes that marriage is supposed to be between a man and a woman doesn’t mean they “hate gays”. Or are somehow uncaring. It just means they believe as most of the world believes.

Frankly, the government needs to get out of the marriage business. Make em all civil unions.

What people who want to redefine marriage don’t understand, is marriage is a RELIGIOUS ceremony. No religion condones being gay, let alone gay marriage. You’re asking religious people to defy their God just for you. That’s not a reasonable situation.

It’s why all “marriages” should be a civil union with a written contract. THEN if people want to get married, a religious ceremony, they can do that as well. Problem solved!

At least in America people, for the most part, are tolerant and understanding. If you were in a Muslim country you’d be killed. So thank God you’re here.

BTW, how ignorant can you be about Palin’s record? You realize that, as Governor, she vetoed legislation that would have denied benefits to gay couples, right?

People should learn the actual records of all of the people they talk about before just repeating BS they hear on TV or the internet.

@Blackwater: I really hope, for your sake, that you are some straight troll. However, if you are not, let’s get somethings straight…

      1) Not supporting the human right of a person to marry who they love absolutely conveys your hurtful and hateful nature toasted that person.

      2) in America, marriage is a civil ceremony. That is why you need a marriage license. That is why there are laws regulating marriage and divorce.

      3) In America, religion does not have the right to dictate laws and regulations. This country is not a theocracy. We are not Iran or Saudi Arabia.

      4) There are plenty of religious organizations that fully support gay rights. This includes the Church of Christ, the United Methodist, the free Methodist, the Episcopalian church and even progressive movements in Catholicism, Mormon and Baptist cults. To say no religion supports gay rights is idiotic.

      5) The government is actually violating the freedom of religion of any church that officially sanctions gay marriage by denying the church the right to perform the ceremonies.

I’d be pissed if somebody walked up to me while I was in a bar having fun minding my own business (cameras or no cameras) and called my mother a whore. I’m suprised she didn’t do more to this dirtbag. And to be fair, I would expect the same response to be illicited if somebody were to walk up to Chelsea Clinton and tell her that her father is a slut. First of all, she didn’t ask for her mom to be a politician any more than any of us asked to be gay. Not to mention, any of us WOULD in fact go off on somebody in a bar for attacking our parents, especially if they’ve never even met before. And this brings me to my last point. People attack her because she had a baby at a young age, and her mother preached abstainence. Just because that’s what her mother believes, doesn’t mean thats what SHE has to believe. Not only that, but if thats how she feels NOW, maybe its because she went through the trials of having a child young and out of wedlock; just as many gay supporters didn’t always support our rights until they found out that their son, daughter, or best friend were gay.

Queerty if you’re going to report “facts” then you need to source them. Nothing of the sort happened according to what was shown on TV. If you’re quoting the complaint, then you should say so.

Reporting bullsh!t just to inflame things decreases credibility.

Hiring a bunch of interns seems to already have happened.

I don’t give a rat’s a$$ about Bristol Palin but come on now. And if you’re quoting the complaint, it’s going nowhere because he hasn’t met any elements of defamation according to ANY state’s case law FFS. The whole thing is a non story and publicity stunt. The guy would be suing Lifetime not her but of course he has no money to pay the lawyer to file all the motions it would take when Lifetime’s lawyers bury him with paper. And if he gets some free lawyer who’s also a publicity hound they’ll screw it up anyway because he HAS no cause of action.

And if there really IS a lawsuit, you better believe Palin’s lawyers will bury him in paper, too and he will quietly drop it hoping some half a$$ed acting job comes out of it. Moron. You don’t think the mother has been defending law suits all these years without an arsenal of SERIOUS attorney’s do you? eyeroll.

      @Daez:

OK, MOST religions do not condone homosexuality or gay marriage.

And while I am straight, I am no troll. Just someone who read an article that was short on facts, and to my surprise, commenters who are hate filled and even shorter on facts.

That of course has nothing to do with being gay, but it has everything to do with being a liberal. For some reason liberals HATE everyone and everything that isn’t just like them. They are racist, sexist, and totally intolerant.

Fact is, most Conservatives don’t really give a damn what people do in their bedrooms IN PRIVATE. It’s only when people try to force their lifestyle on the rest of us that there is tension. And I’m not just talking about being gay.

People are who they are. If you’re born gay or straight, you are what you is. I think it’s wrong to try to “fix” a gay person, or other wise try to make them not be gay. All you are doing is forcing that person to be miserable to make your own self happy. Of course, the reverse is also true. It’s not cool to force the gay lifestyle on those who find that objectionable.

What people do in their bedroom, as lomg as they are consenting adults, is absolutely no one elses business.

On of the reasons I opposed Michele Bachmann so strongly in the GOP primaries was her hatred of gays. That and her husband who runs the “cure a gay” clinics, when he, himself is gayer than Liberace’s houseboy! Nothing worse that someone who is gay, but hides it, then attacks other gays, under the guise of Christianity. The same goes for adulterers or any other jackass.

Daez, I don’t care if you are gay or straight. It doesn’t matter. People need to be who they are. The only thing I have a problem with is liberals. Too much hate and too much ignorance for me to tolerate.

Bachmann HATES gays. Used to call the cops on them when she was a state senator. In fact, Google “Michele Bachmann kidnapped by lesbian nuns” if you want to laugh you ass off. It’s a real thing.

On the other hand, YES, Sarah Palin has strong support among the CONSERVATIVE members of the LGBT community. Just as she has strong support among black Conservatives, Hispanic Conservatives and even Whitey! [I can say Whitey cause I are one]

Tammy Bruce is a huge supporter, and even appeared in “The Undefeated” Tammy is gay and used to be a hard core liberal before she saw the light. What’s the old Winston Churchill quote, He who is 20 and not a liberal has no heart, but he who is 40 and not a Conservative has no soul. Something like that.

Probably the most vocal and well known gays though are they guys from Boys Town in Chicago. They were strong Hillary Clinton supporters who despise Barack Obama with every fiber of their being. They know what a corrupt POS he is, from his time as a Chicago politician. They also claim he was known to frequent their part of Chicago, on the down low.

Anyhow, They fell in love with Sarah and worked HARD in 2008 to try an elect her. Travelled the country. The day after the election they were already promoting her for 2012. Over time Kevin and his bunch would do what many do as they get older. They became more Conservative. They even took down the Clinton references, and now HillBuzz which was named for Hillary is now HillBuzz as in Capital Hill. Their banner now says “Conservative Politics, Analysis & Humor.”

      http://hillbuzz.org/

These guys, even when they were still kinda sorta liberal, have always been well received by Conservatives. It’s the fellow liberals who trashed them for leaving the plantation, juts as liberals trash blacks who are conservatives. I suspect liberal intolerance is why the Boyz realized liberalism was a drag and joined us as Conservatives.

Of course there are many more gays who support Palin, but these are opinion makers and leaders.

People support Palin because of her record of fighting Big Government and corruption. She was an outstanding Governor, and Mayor. When she found corruption in her own party, she took down the sitting Republican Governor, the sitting Republican Attorney General, who had threatened her with jail if she blew the whistle on the corruption, and she also took down the Chairman of Alaska’s Republican Party!

In fact, six months after Palin took office as Governor, the FBI [who she had worked with] were still frog marching corrupt Republicans off to prison. This is why the Republican establishment absolutely hates her. They are just as corrupt as Obama and the democrats. They know if Palin ever became president she would clean house just as she did in Alaska. And they know she doesn’t care who or what party she goes after.

Good government, honest government, efficient government isn’t a gay or straight thing. It’s an American thing.

BTW, TY, if you had read her books, you’d know Sarah’s roommate in college, and now one of her closest friends, is gay.

You guys wonder why the LGBT community detests the right… its because YOU keep making laws to ban gay people from anything because of an outdated religious belief that being gay is a choice and that God created AIDS to do away with us.

Sarah Palin is no friend to the gay community. You want proof? How about the way she defended her daughters right to use the word “faggot”, instead of chastising that she’s ashamed of the slur her daughter used. To add insult to injury, this is the same woman who demands heads on sticks over the word “retard”. If you think fag is okay but retard is bad, then it pretty much shows what she thinks about the LGBT community because being gay is no more a persons’ choice as if they’re born with a disability.

And don’t even get started on Michele Bachmann. The woman has spewed loads of homophobic rhetoric on Piers Morgan. She is smart enough to know that gay men stand behind fierce strong diva female figures (Hilary, Gaga, Madonna, Cher, Streisand, etc…) and instead spews hate to a potential fanbase. Why should gay people admire two women who’d rather see gays die of AIDS than get married?
