No doubt departing Senator Trent Lott's having a laugh this morning.
As we updated late last night, Lott's alleged boy toy, Benjamin Nicholas, swears he never bedded the Republican politico.
Despite Nicholas' denials, the story's original source, Big Head DC founder Rob Capriccioso defends his capricious story:
Capriccioso defended the Lott piece, telling The Huffington Post "Big Head DC stands by our quotes and item 100 per cent," but he declined to share any of the emails Nicholas allegedly sent to the blog.
Capriccioso can stand by anything he wants, but it doesn't seem many blogs, including former employer Radar, will be standing by him. Unless, of course, he can come up with this purported "proof".

Don't forget about Larry Flynt's possible "big announcement"!
If you want respectability, one must give respectability. Sporting untrue tales is not respectable. I agree with outing hypocrits, but under a stiff umbrella of integrity. It will not serve Equality Rights groups well to be caught calling "wolf" to the villagers. I heartily applaud Larry Flint for his work in the name of honesty and "outing" hypocrisy, but he doesn't come out in public unless he has the goods and he pays well for it, by doing his homework. We should be prudent in this, lest the Equal Rights groups lose credibility…which would not serve us well.
