Former Navy contract negotiator David Henry’s headed to jail. A Delaware jury found the gay man guilty in the aggravated manslaughter of his wife, Jacqueline.

Henry claimed his wife, Jacqueline, collapsed on May 29 of 2005, but examiners found suspicious abrasions on the woman’s neck. Henry claimed she had scratched an allergic reaction. The jury didn’t buy it.

The jury previously heard that Henry led a secret gay life. He later admitted he digs dudes, but says his wife approved. “She was my best friend. My goal was that we would grow old together.”

Henry reportedly showed no emotion upon hearing the verdict.
