If the pictures of the stoning are from 2008, are they from a stoning that was a punishment for sodomy? Or something completely unrelated?

This story is not fake. The stoning did happen and it happened recently.

AP broke the story and when a gay group in Somalia heard about it they posted some backdated photos to their facebook page.
