Hillary Clinton may have come out on top Tuesday, but who do the gays prefer? Both campaigns claim they’ve got the pink edge… [Washington Blade]

I prefer Obama. He speaks in black churches about tollerance and acceptance of gays. He supports a full repeal of DOMA where Hillary only supports a partial repeal.
Let’s remember that the last Clinton in office heavily courted the gay vote and then signed Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and the Defense of Marriage Act. Most of the “experience” Hillary Clinton claims to have is actually her husband’s (how anti-feminist of her), so I’m gonna go with Obama on this one.
They have similar health plans, though Hillary actually had a chance to take charge of healthcare in this country and spent millions of taxpayer dollars without being able to even get her plan to a vote.
Obama supports tax cuts for the poor and middle class. He supports tuition credits for college. He has stated an actual deadline for withdrawing troops from Iraq where Hillary has not.

btw, this spin of Hillary coming out on top on Tuesday is interesting. Clinton only cut somewhere between 4 and 12 delegates out of Obama’s 100+ delegate lead. She has to get ~75% of pledged delegates in the next 3 contests just to be tied with Obama. One of those contests is Mississipi, with a 40% black vote. How exactly did she come out on top by winning 3 states,(2 states if you look solely at delegates) after loosing 11 consecutive primaries and still being behind in overall delegates both pledged and super?

Ive said it before and I’ll say it again, believing in Obama is the modern day equivalent of believing in Santa Claus. The Travelocity gnome has a better chance of changing America for the better.
Wake Up People, youre embarrassing yourselves

The fact is that “believing” either candidate is difficult since the world will be vastly different by the time the presidency starts. If Obama ends the war we will have a lot more money to spend on schools etc. & less going to the Corporate Pirates spending up to $60 bill./month of taxpayer money.
TOpec just told Bsh to fuck himself if he expected them to pump more gas(the worlds supply is over 1/2 gone). Theyu told hiom our problems were self promoted. Whoever wins will have the republican mess on thier hands.
This seems like just another invitation to a hissing match!

I saw a comentator on CNN saying that Hillary has to be careful because attacking Obama and the hope and energy he has inspired is the equivilent of killing Santa Clause on Christmas day in front of the children, essentially political suicide.
So, if Obama is Santa Clause, is Hillary the Grinch?

HA HA! Go Travelocity Gnome!
I support Hillary. I don’t believe in fairy tales.

Hillary& bill have really visciopusly attacked Obama all the way along. I don’t know what you think the “Santa Clause” comment was?
She is such a harridan as to insist that Samantha Powers quite obamas team forsaying that she acted like a monster_ (which is just a light overstatyement foir Irish people.) Hillary turned arpund on her hackles and published that Samantha(a harvard proff who is not bad looking next to Clinton, and said she looked like the Loch Ness monster:
really a cuntish come back, this is on the heels of her aide, wolfsonm saying that Obama was like Ken Starr: pf course there is no even remote comparison. He should ask her to fire him. He’s probably not too bright asking Powers’ resignation.(pussy whipped-you can see how that would go as a team).

As far as which candidate I prefer as a gay man, I’d have to say NEITHER! Why should I support someone who doesn’t care about equality (neither willing to support marriage equality). So I’ll be voting my wallet (republican)- they are going to support marriage equality either, but at least they are honest about it instead of trying not to offend anybody.
M Shane
Unfortunately you cant have both, sheeple , either you vote for justice and equality or you vote “your wallet”. Unless you are shortsighted, you eith support compassion or selfishness.
That’s a convenient justification, but the social and economica justice don’t just separate up conveniently like that in fact.

I’m supporting Clinton. McCain is just dead wrong on the War. Meanwhile, the Travelocity Gnome has more credibility on Foreign Policy than Obama, and a far better chance of beating McCain, as was mentioned above. That leaves Clinton. Besides, I’m an Upstate NY Republican, and she’s been great for Upstate NY. I strongly support her.
