“Gay Zionist Spy” Needs Legal Help, Money

Mohamed el-Attar may get a sequel to last year’s Spy Gaymes!. The Egyptian Canadian has been held in Egypt since last February, when the nation accused him of spying for Israel. Mr. el-Attar denied the claims and his lawyer now says the 32-year old could be saved from the torturous prison if someone would just pay for his appeal. The lawyer, Ibrahim Basyouni, also wagged a finger at the Canadian government, who “abandoned the case”. Basyouni has apparently never heard of pro-bono. [Globe & Mail]
