Since its 1966 debut, The Newlywed Game has never featured a gay couple as contestants. Until now. In yet another revamp of the show, the Game Show Network's latest stab at making a reality show out of relationships will welcome none other than husbands George Takei and Brad Altman for the Oct. 12 episode. Our only request: Host Carnie Wilson needs to ask George the weirdest place they've "made whoopee."

Splendid news! I'm already looking forward to avoiding it. :|
They have an advantage since they're been together for a long time, probably much longer than the other newlyweds. I hope they win!
They lost the newlywed game when they did it on Howard Stern. maybe they don't know each other as well as they think!
I really look forward to this! :) I think those two are a great gay couple that represents both diversity and longevity commitment for us LGBT folks. GO Gays!
