A German court just ruled they can choose whether they want to wear men’s or lady’s clothing after a transgender woman (not man, Reuters) sued because she was forced to wear dude garb. The prison argued security concerns supersede her gender identity needs, because cross-dressing could make a prisoner a target; the court disagreed.
