And, I don’t know about what you consider limited benefits, but the NV DP law allows couples to adopt. The only thing it does not mandate is mandatory health coverage for the the DP’s if one is covered. Basically, it is a Civil Union bill with a DP name and a non-marriage creation process. In order to undo a NV DP, people have to go to divorce court. Divorce, it seems, is NOT based on one man, one woman.
