Okay, okay – we were just kidding about quitting over zombified Judy Garland. Good thing, too, because we know your soap queens would like to know that the CW has been mulling a Gossip Girl spin-off, thus ensuring we’ll all get to sacrifice another precious hour to the televisual gods. Hooray! [MG]
I don’t even watch the original, so…Idk.
Already? The series is just finishing it’s first season, isn’t it too early to be thinking about a spin-off? “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Grey’s Anatomy” each ran for three full seasons before “Angel” and “Private Practice” were spun-off. I think “Gossip Girl” should be given another season or two before they do this, if only because I watch too much television already and don’t need to lose another hour from my week…
I love GG, but Jenny is the lamest, most boring character . . . what will she do . . . sew the whole series? A Blair-centric spin-off would be AMAZING, however!
