Today Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle will inform lawmakers the civil unions bill they finally managed to pass is among the bills she might veto. That’s actually not really news, since any bill Lingle has yet to sign is, technically, on the list of bills she might veto. @Katie: She could either sign it, veto it or let it become law without her signature. Hawai’in law requires the governor to inform legislatures of bills she might veto.
