I can’t recall the name of the book, but about ten years ago, a wonderful collection of photos of the real thing were taken in places like Countscreek, Montana and subsequently released in a delectable little volume.

Yeaah, um, I grew up in cow country and I’ve got to tell you most of the cowboys I knew looked less like Heath Ledger and these guys and more like Larry the Cable Guy.
