Greg Davis’ NYC Bar Gay Basher Cops A Hate Crime Guilty Plea

Frederick Giunta, the 45-year-old man arrested in October (a week after the Stonewall Inn assault during the spat of gay bashings) on charges of attacking bartender Greg Davis (pictured) at NYC’s historic bar Julius — screaming “What are you going to do, you fucking nigger. You are a fucking faggot” during the attack, where Davis, 38, was trying to break up a fight between Giunta and another customer — has plead guilty to an assault as a hate crime. He should collect a 3.5-year prison gig for it. Giunta’s lawyer insists his client was just drunk, not racist or a homophobe.
