Happy Harvey Milk Day

Not even the “Harvey Milk was a pervert” signs could get in the way of the nationwide celebration of California’s first-ever Harvey Milk Day. He would’ve been 80 years old today.

We are making history today. The numbers are just coming in but we had 200 people in New York, 100 People in LA, 60 people in Austin, 80 people in San Francisco and another 40 people in Oakland. Soon, these numbers will add up to millions.

I am glad people are now smart enough to be DEMANDING our Rights. We need to be LOUD to be successful. When we are LOUD enough we will win.

I think the politicians are now very scared of our anger. They are afraid of what we might do next. We need to keep them scared and they will do whatever we DEMAND.

It’s about time activists got the respect and appreciation they deserve. Rise up and DEMAND. Sign-up at GetEQUAL.com

Harvey Milk was a commie and a nutjob, friends with that lunatic killer reverend Jim Jones. Enuff said.

My wife and I got married today — in Chicago, on Lake Michigan (we’re not waiting for the Illinois Senate to “get around” to us). How’s that for celebrating?

Get “The Times of Harvey Milk” and watch it today. Milk is my hero. He wasn’t perfect, but no hero is. He stood for being out, proud, and kind. And he believed we must give hope to those who lack it. Bravo, Harvey!

We owe Harvey Milk and Dan Choi our unraveling gratitude and respect. These courageous leaders have inspired an unpresident amount of support.

Thank-you to GetEQUAL for helping us celebrate Harvey Milk and giving us Dan Choi. I think we are about to succeed because we have been rising up and hard.

This weekend 10 million gays went out drinking.

This weekend 1,000 gays went out demanding.

It’s no wonder we’ll never be free, you guys are more interested in getting laid than demanding our rights to freedom.

**At least pay for Activists drinks when you see us out at the bars. We are working for you.

      DEMAND 24/7 and GetEQUAL

I guess the canonization of Harvey Milk is complete. Now what?

The image and life of Harvey Milk was of great importance to my person years ago and still is.
