1 – the reference to it being a crime to be a bottom it that still to this day, or rather back pedaling since gays were more accepting of each other before the past 20+ yrs or so, being a bottom is sometimes seen as less than that of a top. Less manly, it also automatically means you are gay, when in reality. It’s a lot harder to get a stiffy and keep it up if you aren’t attracted to men, but it is a lot harder to actually take it. Obviously MTV paid off Fratmen, but the silliness of the “Legal Notices” shows it’s all bluster. The kid signed an agreement at the time, and was paid for his, ahem, services.
