It’s a congratulatory message for Gays and Lesbians in Foreign Affairs Agencies (GLIFAA) (for being named “Employee Resource Group of the Year”), but Secretary of State Hillary Clinton also used the opportunity to let everyone know her underlings are tracking human rights abuses against queers. Maybe she’s using those Predator drones with the really neat cameras (and missles) to do it?

Wait you fanboys before you start wetting your straightjackets….Any steel-lined christian will tell you that its just good business to stop the gay hate, before you start the programs to reduce it….you know, post gay madness therapy…I for one, and I think I’m alone here, thinks that being gay is a gift from,ahem, God…and I wish that more of our allies and defenders would use the opportunity to spread the love for us, instead of turning us into dry victims needing shelter, laws and ….becuase Im so paranoid…eventual conversion to normality….She may keep watch on the haters, but I think she wouldn’t mind if the problem, that is being gay, didnt exist…and that goes for a lot of others out there!!!

She’s a fantastic Secretary of State, and this is an extremely positive step for all GLBT people.
Every country, where the US has an embassy that is, will be aware of this policy. An incredible amount of international aid is allocated by the US. If we emphasize the importance placed on prosecuting, thus reducing, crimes based on sexual orientation or gender identity, we influence foreign policy for the benefit of everyone!
Whoever thinks HRC is not a complete ally either a) does not know anything about her, or b) is a complete moron.
