HIV Travel Ban Near Death

A move to overturn the US’ ban on HIV-positive traveler came on step closer to fruition today. Attached to the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, the measure moved out of committee today and will go to the full Senate for a vote. [BAR]
