Now, will the cowardly boys of the Log Cabin Republicans take out a full-page in the NYTimes to denounce this?
to denounce this waste of time and money? this bigoted, prejudiced, anti-American, waste of time and money?
ten bucks says the wimps won’t.
·
@Little-Kiwi: They’re not wimps or cowards.
They just care more about fitting in with the privileged people they grew up with and/or consider their peers than doing anything to advance equality for the other group they belong to (LGBT).
·
Because they’re wimps and cowards, Joetx.
The reality is that they’re not accepted, loved, nor embraced by “their peers”, nor families, nor political affiliates.
they’re tolerated, and barely at that, as long as they toe the line and never rise up against the party’s abhorrent bigotry.
·
@Little-Kiwi: Obviously, toleration is enough for them.
Besides, I’d bet that in their dreams, toleration will lead to acceptance & possibly more.
Delusion is a powerful thing, you know.
·
SO powerful. Gay Republicans exist as a crystal-clear reminder of what a culture of anti-gay prejudice can reduce someone to.
is there anything lower than a gay republican? they’re doormats for the scum of the country.
·
So how do they raise this limit secretly? I wish the article had explained how this works. I am assuming it is legal, otherwise it could be challenged. Repubtards are just digging their own graves with this vehement opposition to any kind of gun control and gay marriage and abortion and immigration and etc etc. This is why they lost the last presidential election and this is why they will continue to do so until they start catching up with the reality of modern America.
·
Amazing! The GOP can’t spend money on firefighters for 9/11 or Hurricane Sandy, but they can find plenty of money to defend their prejudices!
·
#7 see the link in post #1 if you want to see how the repubtards will win.
·
Are the Log Cabiners going to take out a full page ad in the NYTimes denouncing this? Me thinks not!
Where is BJFrisky and the other gay repugs to defend this?
·
@Little-Kiwi: You are so wrong about this. Rich queens are not just tolerated. Their rich friends and family like them just fine. Bigotry is a trait of the trailer park crowd, not the polo set.
GOProud and the Cabinettes just care more about their tax cuts and private fortunes than they do about gay rights. And they invent a bunch of nonsense to conceal their true motives.
·
@Wilberforce: While I agree with part of your post (#11), you can’t really think that bigotry is the exclusive domain of the poor and working-class. (I won’t use your obnoxious term for them) Bigotry runs through all income levels… it’s just expressed differently.
·
exactly, Aiden. Gay Republicans aren’t loved or accepted, by anyone. They’re merely tolerated. Spew racism, spew classism, spew anti-gay rhetoric, and then get allowed to sit at the table with your family for dinner. *fail*
do their families like them? no. they like seeing how spineless they are. it becomes a spot.
house-f@ggots, indeed.

Rachel Maddow brought up a disturbing tactic by GOP to win 2016 and every election after that in this segment. Beware.
